a. Must have Personal Business Value of 5,200 BV monthly for 4 months.

b. Must have 1 Manager Leg/Line with 39,000bv Group Business Value and with 5,200 bv each on the 2nd and 3rd leg/line monthly.

c. Must qualify 4 times in 5 months.
