Getting Started

One: Read the Starter Kit Handbook.
  1. To understand the company’s background; products knowledge; marketing plan and  rules and regulations.
Two: Use products.
  1. Use the products yourself in order to feel its benefits thus providing you with the understanding of the benefits of the products.
  2. Use the products yourself will not only improve your state of health, you will be able to share the benefits with your friends and customers and convince them to purchase the products.
Three: Have a products in hand.
  1.  Having products in hand will ensure your friends and customers can purchase the  products immediately.
  2.  Request your sponsor to assist you initially in purchasing your stocks.
Four: To obtain materials to assist your sales.
  1. To perform your work well, material such as tape recorder, notebook, name cards,  system training cassettes, product video tapes, product booklets and system traininghandbooks are recommended.
Five: Attend training.
  1. Often attend product knowledge and system trainings.
  2. Efforts should be made to encourage your friends and downlines to attend trainings and meetings.
Six: Project a successful image.
  1. Examples of successful image are your manners, attire, attitude, conversation, and habits.
Seven: List down prospect list.
  1. Anybody is your prospective customer.
  2. Right candidate or sponsoring e.g unemployed, unsatisfied with their present job, thinking of doing own business, strong desire to be successful, financial constraint, retiree, experience in network marketing.
  3. Write down and keep 100 names closely with you.
  4. Your prospect list should be arranged starting from the ones closest to you, from near to far.
  5. Do not discount anyone in your prospect list.
  6. Continue to make new friends an add new names to the list.
Eight: Invitation.
  1. Give priority to friends who are close to you.
  2. Invite prospects to K-Link’s Social Centre.
  3. Make a one to one appointment.
  4. Before the appointment, brief your upline about your prospect.
  5. Before inviting, consult your upline regarding the proper technique to use or invitation.
  6. Invite your prospect sincerely.
  7. The invitation should not touch on 3 matters: Company, Products and Management Plan.
  8. Invite one person at a time. Couples are encouraged to come together.
  9. Learn telephone ethics and be brief.
  10. Reconfirm the appointment.
Nine: Follow - Up
  1. The aim is to assist prospects to have an interest in the business, to further understand the benefit of network marketing.
  2. Follow-up within 24 hours after the appointment.
  3. The best way to do the follow-up is to meet the person personally.
  4. Provide prospects with materials such as books, videotape and others so that you can have excuse to meet them again.
  5. Your positive attitude is an essential factor to induce prospects to make the decision.
Ten: Time Management
  1. Consult your upline concerning the time needed for K-Link’s business.
  2. Set up your first realistic goal in K-Link Phil, Inc.
